Return & Exchange

At INTO, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, crafted with skill and attention to detail. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or if you have received an incorrect item, we offer an exchange.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  1. Please initiate the return process within 2 days of receiving your shipment.
  2. Return the product within 5-6 days of receiving your order.

  4. Include pictures of the damaged or incorrect product.

Note: Reports of damaged or incorrect products made after the 2-day period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Keep the original tags and packaging intact.
  • Provide proof of purchase.
  • Products showing signs of usage will not qualify for returns.
  • Customized and sale items are not eligible for exchange.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with exchanging items.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE

  • You may exchange your product for an item of equal or greater value.
  • Alternatively, opt for a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue, giving you the flexibility to shop at your convenience.
